Create an account Tressé


To create an account Tressé, you just have to :


1. Click on the icon at the top right of the screen

2. Once on the login page, click on "Create my Account".

3. Enter your personal information

4. Validate


We recommend that you create an account in order to have access to the following benefits:


- Track your order

- Print your invoice

- Save your payment information

- Take advantage of certain offers valid only for our customers with an account.


Login to my account

To log in to your account Tressé, click on the person icon at the top right of the home page on your computer or from your mobile on the menu.


Enter your email address and password and validate.



Modify or add information

You can modify or add personal information in your "my account" area.


Delete my account

To delete your account Tressé, you can send us an email at the following address : serviceclient@tresse-paris.com. Do not hesitate to tell us the reason for your request. Please note that you will no longer have access to your order history.


Receive the newsletter Tressé

If you wish to receive our newsletter to follow our news, go to the bottom left of the main page of the website and fill in your email address.

Placing an order

To place an order on our site:


1.select your items on the site and add them to your basket

2. validate your basket

3.select your delivery method

4. fill in your delivery address

5.choose your payment method and enter your bank details


We recommend that you create a customer account so that you can track your order and view your invoices.


Once your order has been validated, you will be directed to a screen confirming that your order has been registered. A few moments later, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.


All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day.


If you have chosen standard, express or relay point delivery, you will receive a shipping email within 2 working days. However, this period may be extended during periods of commercial operations, outlet sales or sales. The shipping email will include the tracking number, depending on the delivery method chosen, which will allow you to track your package.


- Once your order has been validated you will not be able to modify it, even if it has not yet been shipped.

- During special operations on site, preparation times can be extended. You will then be notified on site.


Payment

Means of payment


We accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa and MasterCard) or PayPal.

Credit card transactions on our website are perfectly secure. We benefit from a SSL certificate which guarantees the creation of the payment pages and the confidentiality of your data. Your bank account is debited on the date of the order.


You do not have the possibility to pay an order in several times on our site.


With each order, we propose you to register your payment card which will allow you to save time on your next order. The seizure of your cryptogram which is on the back of your card will be enough for you to validate the payment. It will be deleted after each order and you will be asked for it again with each new order.


Delivery and order tracking

When you place an order on our site, you can choose between several delivery methods:


-Standard delivery

Standard delivery within 2-3 working days (this time may be extended when we handle a large volume of orders).

Delivery costs are 8€.

Your package will be delivered via Colissimo: Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with your Colissimo tracking number.

The deliveryman does not require a signature upon delivery.


-Express Delivery

Delivery within 2 working days(this time may be extended when we handle a large volume of orders).

Delivery costs are 12€.

Your package will be delivered via Chronopost: Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package is shipped, an email with your Chronopost tracking number will be sent to you.

The deliveryman will give you your article in exchange of a signature from 200 euros of purchase.


- Delivery at relay point

Delivery within 2-3 working days(this time may be extended when we handle a large volume of orders).

Delivery costs are 4€.

Your package will be delivered in Mondial Relay: Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package is shipped, an email with your Mondial Relay tracking number will be sent to you. To pick up your order you must go to the relay point with the order confirmation and an identity document.

Your package will be available in the relay point for 14 days.


- International delivery

Delivery within 2 to 6 working days depending on the destination. The costs are between 12€ and 40€, depending on the estimate in the shopping cart once your address is filled in. Your package will be delivered via Colissimo international. When your package is shipped, an email with your Colissimo tracking number will be sent to you. The deliveryman will give you your article in exchange of a signature from 200 euros of purchase.


- Free shipping costs

The shipping costs are automatically offered from 200€ of order for France.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

To make a free return :


1. Go to the website to register your return request and mention the product(s) you wish to return. This step is necessary to validate your request.

2. You will then receive by email the validation of your return request.

3. 3. Place the product(s) to be returned in its box.

4. Attach the prepaid mailing label provided in your order to the carton.

5. Drop your cardboard box at the post office.


If you have lost your prepaid mailing label, we invite you to reissue it from your order tracking area of our website.


Only new, unworn products in their original condition will be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the garment label.


You can return them to us up to 30 days after the delivery date of your package.


You will be reimbursed without any further action, within 15 working days of receipt of your parcel by our warehouse. This period may be extended if we receive a large number of customer service requests.


The refund will be made via the method of payment chosen for the order.


Returns are free of charge for orders over 200€. For orders under 200€, the product will be refunded and you will be responsible for shipping costs.



Exchanges


If the size or model does not fit, you can exchange your order for another item.


You can return the model that does not suit you via our returns procedure and we will exchange it after receiving your package at our warehouse.
