Create an account Tressé


To create an account Tressé, you just have to :


1. Click on the icon at the top right of the screen

2. Once on the login page, click on "Create my Account".

3. Enter your personal information

4. Validate


We recommend that you create an account in order to have access to the following benefits:


- Track your order

- Print your invoice

- Save your payment information

- Take advantage of certain offers valid only for our customers with an account.


Login to my account

To log in to your account Tressé, click on the person icon at the top right of the home page on your computer or from your mobile on the menu.


Enter your email address and password and validate.



Modify or add information

You can modify or add personal information in your "my account" area.


Delete my account

To delete your account Tressé, you can send us an email at the following address : serviceclient@tresse-paris.com. Do not hesitate to tell us the reason for your request. Please note that you will no longer have access to your order history.


Receive the newsletter Tressé

If you wish to receive our newsletter to follow our news, go to the bottom left of the main page of the website and fill in your email address.

Placing an order

To place an order on our site:


1.select your items on the site and add them to your basket

2. validate your basket

3.select your delivery method

4. fill in your delivery address

5.choose your payment method and enter your bank details


We recommend that you create a customer account so that you can track your order and view your invoices.


Once your order has been validated, you will be directed to a screen confirming that your order has been registered. A few moments later, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.


All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day.


If you have chosen standard, express or relay point delivery, you will receive a shipping email within 2 working days. However, this period may be extended during periods of commercial operations, outlet sales or sales. The shipping email will include the tracking number, depending on the delivery method chosen, which will allow you to track your package.


- Once your order has been validated you will not be able to modify it, even if it has not yet been shipped.

- During special operations on site, preparation times can be extended. You will then be notified on site.


Payment

Means of payment


We accept payment by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay) or PayPal or Klarna.

Credit card transactions on our website are perfectly secure. We benefit from a SSL certificate which guarantees the creation of the payment pages and the confidentiality of your data. Your bank account is debited on the date of the order.


You do not have the possibility to pay an order in several times on our site.


With each order, we propose you to register your payment card which will allow you to save time on your next order. The seizure of your cryptogram which is on the back of your card will be enough for you to validate the payment. It will be deleted after each order and you will be asked for it again with each new order.


Delivery and order tracking

Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day.
Shipping is free for orders over €250 in mainland France.
When you place an order on our site, you can choose between several delivery methods:

- Standard delivery - France
Delivery within 2 working days.

Delivery costs are €8 for orders under €25.0 in mainland France.

Your parcel will be delivered via Chronopost: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your Chronopost tracking number.

The deliveryman will give you your item in exchange for a signature on purchases of 200 euros or more.

- Standard delivery - European Union

Delivery within 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery costs €12.

Your parcel will be delivered via Chronopost: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your Chronopost tracking number.

The deliveryman will hand over your item in exchange for a signature on purchases of 200 euros or more.


- Point relais delivery - France
Delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery costs €4 for orders under €250 in mainland France.
Your parcel will be delivered to a Mondial Relay point: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your Mondial Relay tracking number.
To collect your order, you must go to the relay point with your order confirmation and proof of identity. Your parcel will be available at the relay point for 14 days.

- International delivery
Delivery within 2 to 5 working days, depending on destination.
Delivery costs range from €12 to €40, depending on the estimate in the shopping basket once you have entered your address.
Your parcel will be delivered via Chronopost international.
When your package is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your Chronopost tracking number.
The deliveryman will hand over your article in exchange for a signature on purchases of 200 euros or more.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Only new, unworn items in their original condition will be refunded or exchanged. The item must be returned in its original packaging or, failing that, in packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection, accompanied by the garment label.


You can return your items up to 14 days after the date of receipt of your parcel.


The full amount paid for the item in question will be refunded to the customer, with the exception of shipping costs where applicable.


A. To return to mainland France and the European Union:


1. You will need to register your returns request via our returns interface or from your customer account. Select the product(s) you wish to return.

2. Once you have completed the returns procedure, you will find a prepaid mailing label at the bottom of the page. This document will also be e-mailed to you once your return request has been processed.

3. In your return package, place the item(s) to be returned and insert the return slip.

4. Affix the return slip to your parcel.

5. Drop off your parcel at the post office.


B. To return from International :


You will need to register your returns request via our returns interface or from your customer account. Select the product(s) you wish to return.


International returns can only be sent by your own means to the following address without acknowledgement of receipt or signature:

Refunds : 

Refunds are made within 10 working days of receipt of your package by our warehouse. This period may be extended if we receive a large number of customer service requests.

The refund will be made via the method of payment chosen for the order.


Exchanges :

If the size or model does not fit, you can exchange your order for another item.


Using our returns interface, select the product(s) you wish to exchange. You will then be able to exchange your item for the same one in another size and/or color or for an item of the same price (while stocks last).


Once your package has been received by our warehouse, we can proceed with the exchange. The exchange will take place within 2 to 3 working days.

If you decide to return your order by your own means, Tressé declines all responsibility for the package and cannot be held responsible for any loss.
